Greenshore has a main house with 3 double bedrooms, a kitchen with separate breakfast area, a living room with dining area and fireplace, 2 1/2 baths, and a slate terrace overlooking the Lake. There is also a separate cabin with 3 beds, a full bath and a second, outdoor shower. The grounds are a combination of lawn and flower gardens. On the Lake there are a dock and raft for swimming, boating and trout fishing.

Tenants wishing to use the Doolittle Club facilities across the Lake and trails surrounding Doolittle Lake must join the Club for an additional $550.
