Charming cottage on Doolittle Lake. Large living room (18’ x 32’) with fieldstone fireplace, window seat, vaulted ceiling, hardwood floor, access to lovely stone terrace over-looking the lake. Country kitchen (15’ x 26’) with gas range, dishwasher, butcherblock countertops and sliding glass door to a small deck. Master bedroom (20’ x 14’) with full bath (clawfoot tub, pedestal sink) and stacking washer/dryer. 2 additional bedrooms each 15’ x 15’ with twin beds – these two bedrooms share a full bath. All rooms have vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors and the house comes furnished, has heat and is connected to the internet via cable. $7500 for each of the months of July and August plus some utilities. June is also available.  There is an additional fee for summer membership in the Doolittle Lake Club if tenant wishes to use the beach and the trails.
